Finally decided to leave and not wanting ppl to have share of what i should be paid for...

Somehow my heart felt lighten... well maybe you won't get to see me so often singing in one place anymore... but i will still be around...
my voice will still be heard... by the truly appreciate ones...

Somehow there ought to have a timing to made some decision...
Singing has always been my passion but I need to compromise with ppl who wants a share of it in term of monetary...
Is it worth? Should I give up singing at place or with ppl who are trying to jeopadise relationship and anything else that relates to singing...

I have ever tot of why should i been doubting of leaving the place...
So irritated by the way it is done n made to decide....

Luxury Lifestyle?

Went to Ion Orchard for dinner tonight...

Things are so expensive but all are nice... wonder how does ppl like us who still need to work very hard to had that kind of luxury lifestyle... buying a bag at a few thousand dollar without even thinking about their next meal....

Saw this jacket at Fred Perry like it very much... think it should be my next item of the month to purchase wahahah

Jerome's Thought - 爱是永恒

A wedding needs a lot of support from either relatives, family and friends.

Tony and Lynn had their wedding dinner held at M hotel. The friends were very spontaneous and very "playful" Both Tony and Lynn were alright with the "sabo" games which their friends had come out with.

We were greatful to be their wedding band for the night as well...

Guess many couple like Chee Kin and Nicole will choose this date to do their wedding as many of their guest will attend and celebrate with them longer.

It was a simple yet eventful evening for both of them. Chee Kin and Nicole has planned for this long ago...

Glad that I am able to celebrate this happy evening with them.

This evening was quite an usual one as it was the only few night that guest applause so much after every song I sang. Thanks for the applause and hope your guest has really enjoyed the songs delicated by the couple.

You know you always wish to have someone to love and love you totally without any hidden agenda...

Being love by someone who is capable and more powerful than you helps? I know that he loves me alot and also he loves his career too...
Somehow I always have this fear in me knowing that I will not be like him who is able to be as capable and well to do (but i always wish i can)

Life isn't easy without the physical thing (Money, looks and status) I am coping hard to make myself up to it... yet i am not able to reach a average level where others will agree too. Working hard for my career and making sure I am conscious about what i am doing right now.

Went to movie again (well what else can i do other than shopping?) Dragonball Revolution Sux man.... never go and watch that...

Ate Mac for Lunch (oversrea mac taste better though) haha... I had Mos yesterday though...

What for tomoro?

I realise watching movie by myself is afteralll not that boring... though the movie wasn't good...

I had mos burger and had runny nose thru out the day... tiring but still i was ok...

Saw many things on the street. Ppl out for shoppings, talking over the phone and hanging out with frens... tot i would be bored but still i was alright...

Then I realise humans are the same everywhere... life goes on... Everywhere is busy developing and everyone is bz with their work and goals...

Just another day for me :)

Departure...

It takes alot of courage to accept someone's departure...
I went to watch departure the movie... It is the most "make me tears" so much movie of the year...
I have never tear so much in a movie before... It makes me remember my dad.
He left me a burnt scar on my right leg... it keeps remind me of him as if he wanted it to be there for me to keep remember him...
I miss my dad... hope he is doing fine somewhere and somehow...

Recently my uncle (my mom's bf) left too... life is so so fragile...

HR Prof?

My so called new HR manager came onboard last monday...
She used to be just a HR exec but now HR manager (with 200dollars more earning than me only)

HR MGR: Jerome, you are only eligible to leave starting from the date you are confirm...
JER: huh!!!!! We practise calculate leave entitlement from the joined date not the confirmed date...
HR MGR: No, it is wrong... you dun know?
JER: It is common known in HR practise... are you sure you are right?
HR MGR: I check with FC then I let you know but we usually calculate from the date you are confirm...
JER: Then during probation 3 - 6 month no leave meh? then ppl work so hard for what?

after that i went ot MOM to check labour law....
Please calculate your leave entitlement for the month of service you worked for within a year if your service is not longer than a year...

I send her email base on what Employment Law state

She called after an hour

HR MGR: Jerome, actually you are not cover in the Employment law cos you earn more than 2k. but never mind we will cover your leave entitlement from the date you joined...

JER: orh...
I put down the phone and start screeming... WTF.... wrong oredi still want to make it sound like she is right and i doubt if she know how to correctly run the HR functions

Think she totally do not know what the employment laws is lor...

think tomoro will be my last day with them... cos they think i will create mess in the company...

YEAH leaving the HELL....

Dear all,

It has been after so long, and now I am back with writing again... wahahah....

Life have been unusual for me this period of time... I change alot.. personality, work, love life, family and things i wanted to get for myself.

Singing has been something i have been doing since i was 15 yrs old. Recently many event going on with myt management in musicdreamer.com. THey are trying to engage me as a contract singer there (meaning I can't do gigs without their approval)...
I really wonder what good does it do to us.

Anyway i still sing cos i cannot give up the only good asset of mine.

I have work very hard for my current job... unfortunately the career path for me here is very steep and I think they may not even want to keep me long as their so call resession is affect the biz(BULL SHIT) so i have been looking hard for job and went for many interviews but i guess employer nowadays... choosy lor...

my mother is suffering from depression again ever since her life partner past away last thursday. I hope uncle went to heaven cos he is a super nice guy. well... time are tough for me and my sis now, cos my mother like cannot get over it at all... so exhausted we have to keep her accompany even in the house. She cannot be left alone at home. (hais....)

so many things... I really hope something will become better one day...
waiting for better times...

Hmmm... I really wonder wat else can you do than all this.

Catch"ed" Kung Fu Panda last night. Was having a great luff over the movie.

I must say frens are really forever no matter wat they will be by your side going thru things happy or not happy stuff with you.

Thank you so much for my dearest, my family, my fren - yiling,kym, junming, junxing, mmy, xiuli, alan, leon, khris, drake, mervyn, benny for celebrating my bday. It was really something i always remember for life.

Staying healthy is important in life.

I went to the specialist for my block ear. The specialist claim it is fine.
*phew...*

I was worried all along. Now I just hope with the spray for my nose my problem will be gone asap...

Thank god i still have my dearest with me for all these been thru.

Staying put with my job still, though finding it routine still money counts alot. Location also.

I love myself each day more now... I learn to cherish wat i have everyday.

I am still singing of cos... never give it up cos it is the only stuff i am born with and I think i am most confident about myself.

Will be posting more in the next blog - when huh?
